Italian Chocolate Hazelnut Meringues Recipe

* 4 egg whites
* 1 cup of sugar
* 4 ounces dark chocolate grated
* 8 ounces ground roasted hazelnuts
* Dark chocolate to decorate
Preparation
Beat egg whites till stiff. Continue to beat and gradually add the sugar one tablespoon at a time. Fold in the hazelnuts and chocolate. Place spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and cook in a low oven about 120 degrees celsius for 50 minutes. Turn oven off and allow to cool in the oven. Decorate with drizzled melted chocolate. Makes about 25.
