Italian Figs with Honey and Mascarpone Recipe

Ingredients:

8 Ripe green or black figs
About 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
about 1/4 cup honey

Methods:

Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large.Place 1/4 cup of the mascarpone on each four plates.Surround the mascarpone with the figs.Drizzle with honey.Serve immediately.
