* 2 fl oz olive oil
* 25 fl oz chicken stock
* 2 Tbsp parsley , chopped
* salt and pepper
* 1 cutting board
* 1 knife
* 1 saucepan and lid
* 1 wooden spoon
* 2 tongs
* 1 tray
* 1 charcoal or gas barbecue
* 1 bottle of water to douse any flames
