Ingredients

* 3 lrg. store bought jelly rolls
* 3 half gallons ice cream, different flavors
* Amaretto

Preparation

Slice jelly rolls into quarter inch slices. Line a large smooth bowl 12″x3″ deep with slices of jelly roll. Sprinkle with amaretto. Fill to the top with alternating flavors of softened ice cream of your choice. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and freeze. To serve hold bowl in hot water for a minute to loosen and invert it onto a tray. Slice into colorful wedges and serve. A piping of whipped cream can be added as a finishing touch around the dessert. Choice of sauce may be used on wedges.
