Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cups sugar
* 1 shot of grand manye liquor
* 6 lbs ricotta cheese
* 3 tablespoons vanilla
* 18 eggs
* 1 stick of butter

Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy. Let eggs relax after mixing for about 5 minutes. Add ricotta cheese, vanilla, 1 stick of butter (softened) and grand manye. Mix together until all is combined well. Place mixture into a pan and cook in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
